PRAYER GARDEN

How to use the material:
You can use certain stations or all of them for your event.
Prepare the stations accordingly to the picture and instructions (below you will find more details).

The participants can go one by one or as couples through the stations. They don’t have to do the stations in a row (like number 2 after number one and so on). They can check which station is available for them and go there.

If you have a big group of participants it may be wise to let them enter not all at once.

If you can have a room available to rest between prayers. You can have herbal tea available and some tissues for crying participants.

Quiet christian background music might be a good idea. In general we wish to have a quiet atmosphere and if participants wish to talk to each other they should leave the prayer garden area. The participants, who are still praying should have their freedom and silence for it.

God is a loving father, who is watching out for His lost children. He wants you in his arms to comfort you. No matter what situation you come from or how far you have run away.

Get rid of the load:
Maybe you carry a load (relationship problems, problems at work or in family and so on) around with you. Peter, gave us the advice to throw away the worries. Not anywhere, but on Jesus. Take a stone and place it under the cross, while saying your plight before God. Leave the stone on purpose under the cross. DO NOT take your load back home. Remember: let go means not to take it home again!
